Klarna is looking for a Marketing Associate that possesses the ability to combine creativity and business acumen in order to elevate brand equity across all relevant channels. You will support the UK & Ireland B2B Senior Marketing Manager by planning and executing retailer facing campaigns and activations in market.

You understand how the UK&I business operates, supporting several marketing activities and sourcing materials and assets. You will execute marketing plans to support the UK&I business goals and drive the adoption of Klarna’s business solutions amongst many partners.

For this exciting journey they are looking for a strong addition to their Global Deal Pricing Team. For consumer, merchant and product pricing you will be responsible for local pricing decisions as well as for regional and pan-EMEA strategic pricing projects. This will include working closely with the global pricing team and finance colleagues located in Berlin, London, Paris, San Jose & Singapore. Your key stakeholders are the country managers, and the sales and relationship management teams.

This is a key leadership role with overall responsibility for Xero sales and consulting in the UK, in both the Accounting, Bookkeeping and the Direct Business Sales Channels. The role is responsible for leading a large team to drive sales and deployment, and to grow and retain Xero’s market share and revenue in the UK. Your direct reports will typically be managers within Xero, responsible for teams of field or office based Xeros across our Partner Sales, Partner Consulting and Direct Sales business.
