An exciting opportunity to join the team as Talent Acquisition Lead, supporting Finance / Enterprise Functions EMEA. This role will be ideally based out of the Johnson & Johnson Prague location (other JnJ EMEA locations may be considered) and report to the TA Manager – Finance / Enterprise Functions EMEA. In this role, you will be a result’s focused, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruitment delivery as well as leading/coaching a small team of TA Partners and collectively ensuring the delivery of an outstanding recruitment experience.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Through you and the team you will support the strategy, delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment initiatives that enable the acquisition of top talent. Act as a Talent Advisor for the business while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Building industry & business insights will be a key part of the role to ensure that we stay on top of trends, and market changes, drive engagement and build partnerships to support recruiting excellence and completing Regional Diversity strategies.

  • Lead/coach a small team of Talent Acquisition partners in the end-to-end processes of acquiring high-caliber talent at all levels (excluding exec) in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of J&J’s long-term and short-term strategies by acting as a Talent Advisor to implement talent development and management strategies to attract, assess, select, and develop robust and diverse talent pipelines.

  • Understand and execute business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, and regional current and future capability requirements while integrating any specific talent challenges into a compelling narrative and meaningful plans.

  • Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving an outstanding candidate experience through a fast and adaptive recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & willingness across multiple partner groups.

  • Maintain current knowledge of the business, marketplace, and legal requirements, identify, and share standard methodology across business units of focus

  • Identify talent needs and capability gaps to influence, shape, and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business and geography using data-driven insights.

  • Implement Diversity strategies in partnership with the business, HR, TA

  • Maintain and uphold all recruitment standards with hiring managers and candidates. Always adhering to governance and compliance of our resourcing processes. Lead by example when it comes to attracting, assessing, and selecting great talent for our business.

  • Highly knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment experience in leading niche and volume roles/recruitment campaigns

  • Experience and/or understanding of leading/coaching and mentoring robust and diverse teams or projects

  • Project Management Skills

  • Recruiting process excellence

  • Excellent Business Partnering, negotiation, and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated proven agility

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in recruitment delivery in multiple locations/regions

  • Experience of having worked in an international organization

  • Fluent English both written and spoken, other European languages advantageous

Proficiencies required for the role:

  • Business Partnership: Leads hiring managers to align to new ways of talent identification and assessments by setting clear expectations, handling risks, following up and setting clear deadlines and responsibilities, and acts as an ambassador for the J&J Global DE&I Strategy.

  • Service Delivery Excellence: Uses storytelling and influencing skills to lead and translate sophisticated talent data into compelling talent stories by incorporating Global Talent Management data, competitive data, and market insights to drive decision making. Leverages business data, technology, and other operational metrics to “sell” qualified, a diverse group of candidates to hiring managers as well as “sell” J&J to passive and active talent.

  • Project management: Uses business insights, talent data, and partner feedback to accurately assess, resource, and complete time-bound project plans.

  • Agile approach: A change champion who adopts and mentors the team towards an agile approach, and shows tolerance for ambiguity, resilience and ability to navigate in complexity. Offers ideas to continue improvement and positively adopts failure and learning philosophy.

  • Recruiting Process Excellence: Understands the end-to-end recruiting process to consistently drive a culture of process standardization and continuous improvement that delivers efficient and effective solutions through technology, process, and people. Leads with data and can translate data into information that is of value to the business. Holds self and others to process compliance.
