A fantastic 12-month fixed-term contract role exists for an international benefits specialist to join a thriving financial services institution. This role offers exposure to EMEA and APAC regions, dealing with benefits renewals across some exciting countries, and dealing with different cultural factors across the globe!
You will be in charge of managing the company’s local and global benefit programs, encompassing healthcare and insurance, and employee services packages. Additionally, you will give individuals guidance on benefit eligibility rules and other associated topics. You will negotiate the best results for benefits during the annual renewal process, liaising directly with vendors.
- Recommend plan design changes in accordance with market trends, best practices, and the usage and performance of current benefit plans
- Take part in the creation, molding, and implementation of cutting-edge wellbeing and benefits proposals.
- Ensure the accuracy of all employee messaging items, such as enrolment guides, contracts, and plan papers.
- Examine regulatory standards and make the required adjustments to ensure that employee benefits are in accordance with local and regional standards
- Recommend plan design adjustments in accordance with market trends, industry best practices, and current benefit plan usage and performance.
- Work in concert as necessary with the events team, diversity and inclusion, creative roles in communication, and responsibilities related to inclusion and diversity to provide timely and efficient employee communications.
This role is perfect for a candidate finishing another contract soon, on short notice, or with immediate availability. This role is open to all types of experience, as long as you have worked within employee benefits for at least 2 years and are confident in a busy and demanding environment.
