- Strategic & operational HR Lead – providing a first class HR service in this hugely successful, growing business
- Managing EMEA & APAC clients & senior stakeholders
- Coaching and providing guidance on both people and business matters
- As a stand alone role in London you will be working closely the international HRBPs & centres of excellence
- Providing a full generalist service across recruitment, talent development, performance management, coaching, reward, ER and DE&I
- Client groups are across Software Engineering, Data Science and Quantitative Research
Profile
- You will be an HR Leader/HR Business Partner within either a Technology or Financial Services organisation
- You must have experience supporting Data Scientist and/or Quantitative Research client groups
- HR leadership experience supporting executive leaders and providing coaching
- Happy being in a stand alone HR role in the London office
- Both a strategic and operational thinker
