Johnson&Johnson is currently recruiting for Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter who will be hiring for Enterprise function roles in Europe – Middle East – Africa (EMEA) region. In this role you will be recruiting end to end for HR, procurement and other back office roles of different seniority (from entry level to managers).

In this great role you will join international flexible team of Recruitment Enthusiasts, you will build partnership with hiring managers and their teams across the region and broaden your understanding of their needs and gain their trust. Equipped this way you will be ready to lead & attract candidates throw-out the selection process to provide amazing candidate experience.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Recruitment: covering end to end recruitment processes from attracting candidates to offer stage for HR, procurement and other enterprise function roles in EMEA

  • Stakeholder management: build & maintain trusted partnership with your hiring managers and their teams. Understand their needs and be ready to advice them in the area of recruitment. Be ready to go extra mile and deliver coaching as well as training concerning hiring skills to your managers.

  • Talent strategy: building talent strategy for each recruitment by demonstrating knowledge of business, marketplace, legal as well as recruitment trends

  • Candidate relationship management: deliver excellent candidate experience to nurture current&future pipeline of candidates

  • Taking part in various projects connected with Talent Acquisition or even broader within Johnson&Johnson locally in Prague as well as EMEA wide initiatives

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience with recruitment

  • Proficient English spoken and written

  • Proficiency in Czech, Slovak, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is preferred

  • High volume recruitment experience is strongly preferred

  • Previous shared services experience is preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to build trust and develop successful partnership with your stakeholders

  • Great team player who enjoys and creates great team atmosphere and collaborative environment

  • Ability to concentrate on details and handle administrative part of recruitment successfully

  • Strong sense for confidentiality
