Burke says that she always remembers to put sunscreen on before she leaves, and for good reason. “I have really bad melasma,” she revealed. “I get dark spots on my face. So I can’t get any sun.”
Another skincare secret of Burke’s that she shared with Yahoo Life is using red light therapy. She says that she likes to use The Vital Charge tool specifically. Burke says that this has helped her greatly. “Red light therapy is awesome for promoting collagen, [reducing] blemishes,” Burke says.

When it comes to her diet, Burke likes to follow a popular trend. The model is open about her love of intermittent fasting, which is eating your first meal at a later time. In her interview with SI Swimsuit, Burke even recommended it as one of her suggestions for defying aging. “Intermittent fasting allows your body more time to rest and recover, which is imperative while aging,” she explained.
Burke’s third piece of anti-aging advice that she gave in her SI interview is getting enough sleep. She says that she makes sure to get enough hours each night. “A good night’s sleep reduces stress, improves metabolism and gives you the energy to live a vigorous and healthy life,” Burke says.
